The Mycetoma Campaign
November 2022
The Mycetoma National Campaign will provide an opportunity for policymakers, implementers, researchers, funders, and community groups who work on mycetoma and NTDs to come together and deliberate, share best practices, decide on how to tackle these diseases, and, furthermore, to stay connected.
The Campaign features a wide range of medical and non-medical activities throughout the different working satellites. Participants will be inspired, challenged, learn new skills, gain new contacts and find ways to improve the Mycetoma patient’s quality of life.
The Mycetoma Research Centre (MRC), in collaboration with the Higher Academy for Strategic and Security Studies (HASSS), organised a training workshop on writing winning proposals.
The opening ceremony was attended by Dr Abdelrahman Mohamed Ahmed Kafeel, the Academy Director, Dr Mohammed Hassan Elrikaby, the Leaders Training Center Director, and his deputy Dr Maria Alkhalifa Ahmed. Read More
